If we consider 14 pandiagonal magic squares of order 4 appearing in 14 bordered magic squares of order 8, then there are 39 pandiagonal magic squares of order 4 with equal magic sums 2594. The magic square of order 36 is with magic sum 23346.
The 14 bordered magic squares of 8 represents twice number 2, i.e., year 22. Moreover, the design itself is 180 degrees rotatable (upside-down) but not the numbers.
